Today, the Horn of Africa Organization for Indigenous People (HOA-OIP) proudly participated in the World Environment Day celebrations held in Moyale, under the theme “Ending Plastic Pollution.”

The event brought together various stakeholders, including development partners, officials from both the National and County Governments of Marsabit, and members of the local community.

Our organization has been consistently active in advancing climate justice and promoting environmental conservation efforts across Northern Kenya. This celebration reinforces our ongoing commitment to building a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for all.
